Your day at The Watermark
The Watermark Team are looking forward to welcoming you to The Watermark.
When you arrive at the building, just inside the main entrance is an information screen to remind you which room you are in. Follow the signs up the stairs, or use the lift, to the correct floor for your room. All rooms are fully accessible and there is an accessible WC on the same floor as the meeting and event rooms.
If refreshments or lunch are not provided by your meeting or event organiser, we have a full service available from the Coffee Shop. You can pre-order, with an exclusive discount for delegates and we will deliver your food and refreshments to your room at the time you request, no need to queue and waste your breaktime! An order form will be waiting on your table on arrival. We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options for breakfast, lunch and snacks, and can cater to all other dietary requirements.
You will find a member of staff in the Coffee Shop on the ground floor, or in the kitchen or Manager's Office on the first floor if you need any assistance at any time.
