Job Purpose including main duties and responsibilities:

Job Purpose:

To work under the direction of the Manager to ensure the effective and efficient running of the Watermark catering services.

Assist with the preparation and service of food and the cleaning of premises and equipment. Work within the Coffee Shop serving customers, including, taking orders, preparing food and drinks and handling payment. This must be undertaken while providing excellent customer satisfaction at all time.

To be an effective member of the whole staff team, fostering positive working relationships within the organisation.
